Viewers are able to view and download content through the Virtual Journeys website. The content right remain with Virtual Journeys NZ.

Viewers are able to pay for content via PayPal. Either by using a PayPal account or credit card details, which are also accepted through the PayPal system.

Virtual Journeys will only hold the viewers email and name details. No other personal data is collected, stored or distributed. The VJ website offers a 'Cookie' on/off option.

We highly encourage unhappy viewers to contact Virtual Journeys directly. We will go the 'extra mile' to sort out any disputes with communication and common senses.

Virtual Journeys is not responsible for viewers hardware or internet settings. VR files are often larger sizes (4-8GB), therefore a good internet connect is helpful!

Our VR tour experiences are designed to be viewed on standard screen (using a mouse) or on a headset (e.g. Oculus). The purchase of a headset is the viewers responsibility.
